  • REFLECTION QUESTION
Balancing Consumption Reduce Social Media Use
Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also create echo chambers and take more time than we realize or intend to give. After completing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

I feel like I was able to complete more tasks. When I use social media I noticed that I was always procrastinating. I had felt a lot more motivated and had more energy.

I usually take very long showers. They last about 20 minutes. However, this challenge has insured me to take shorter ones. I'm starting by trying to take less than 15 mins.
