    Gobhi Manchurian  -  crispy cauliflower in manchurian sauce ay my fave Indian restaurant!  (I generally hate cauliflower - but this is so delish!)

    Well, for starters, we all be lacking in vitamin D which will impact both physcial and mental health.  It gets worse from there....

    We forget how to interact with each other, we lose the connection with each other.  I also think we lose patience as we are become accustomed to instant gratification/answers from a screen.  And no one will actually know how to write!
