    Why do you donate blood?

I have been donating blood since 1991 (I'm old).  I have O- blood and that seems to always be in need.  I donate because it is something simple I can do to help someone out.  Also I'm not scared of needles.

I noticed that whenever you walked by the quiet rooms or the meeting rooms at 250 that the lights would turn on.  Please make these sensors less sensitive.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

How do your transportation choices affect your engagement in your community? Does your experience or enjoyment differ while walking, riding transit, biking or driving?

My experience walking or biking differs in that I am more present with my surroundings.

I made a mushroom risotto that was really good.  Recipe from Cook's Illustrated.
