Yumi Hamada 10/24/2022 6:44 PMSuggested site was really good and easy to read.
https://treefoundation.org/education/rainforest-friendly-purchasing-guide/
I have been buying bananas a lot because it is cheap and easy to eat every morning. After reading this article, I will purchase apples and grapes instead of bananas. Especially in Matsumoto where I live, they are well grown and famous.
This means also I buy from local. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONRegenerating Nature Calculate My Water FootprintWhat is one way you will reduce your water use? What is a practice you already have that helps you reduce your water use?
Yumi Hamada 10/10/2022 5:20 PMI checked my water footprint and result came out.
Personal: 926Gallons/DayHousehold: 2,778Gallons/Day
The comment from the website was "Wow! That's a low water footprint". So I am proud a bit but, I believe I can save more water.
My challenge now is to "Put a bucket in the shower while you’re waiting for the water to warm up, and use the water you catch for watering plants, flushing the toilet or cleaning." This is actually great idea :) I am going to start from tonight. -
Yumi Hamada 10/06/2022 3:00 PMI did not use or look social media today! Instead, I listened podcast.
