REFLECTION QUESTIONNourishing Food Forest-Friendly FoodsHow did you figure out ways to remove foods that are not forest-friendly?
Avery Huberts 10/26/2022 8:39 AMResearch online where certain foods come from. Good tip is to not buy any food that comes from a tropical climate, like coffee, chocolate, vanilla, bananas, palm oil, coconut etc. There is pretty much guaranteed deforestation (esp. rainforest) and human rights abuses along the production line. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNourishing Food Make Zero-Waste MealsHow did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?
Avery Huberts 10/25/2022 2:22 PMI've always just used the whole vegetable, so nothing new! Skins of veggies are delish - potatoes, carrots etc, just cook them with the meal! -
REFLECTION QUESTIONNourishing Food Eat Plant-Based MealsWhat was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?
