How did you figure out ways to remove foods that are not forest-friendly?

Research online where certain foods come from.  Good tip is to not buy any food that comes from a tropical climate, like coffee, chocolate, vanilla, bananas, palm oil, coconut etc.  There is pretty much guaranteed deforestation (esp. rainforest) and human rights abuses along the production line.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Nourishing Food Make Zero-Waste Meals
How did you incorporate using an entire vegetable (skins, peels, tops, and stalks) during one of your meal preps? What's something new you're going to try that is a zero-waste meal practice?

I've always just used the whole vegetable, so nothing new!  Skins of veggies are delish - potatoes, carrots etc, just cook them with the meal!
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What was the tastiest meatless or vegan meal you ever had or had recently? Did you make it? Can you share a recipe?

I love Mediterranean food!  Falafels and pita are delish.
