    Food donation is considered as the highest good deed in Hindu culture. Donating food brought euphoria in my mind and heart. I was  so joyful after did this good deed.

    What was your process like for restructuring your trip? How can you avoid more air travel in the future?

    My travel plan was restructured from Airplane to Bike. I travelled through bike and embraced the adrenaline rush in my body while doing this activity. I felt the wind on my face and extreme happiness while doing this activity.

    How does food sovereignty address the complex transition from localized food systems to modern global food systems?

    Food sovereignty brings out the idea on what's best and what brings out the best in our body & mind. A food is the biggest energy source humans provide to themselves, imagine feeding ourselves with higher energy food; we can be the best version of ourselves.
