Ashley Nored 10/10/2022 2:56 PMFinding it's much easier to meet my daily goal while working from home. Today for example, I ate some brownie that I already had at home. If in the office, I likely would've made a quick run to Saint Cupcake for an afternoon treat ;D -

In previous years, I've selected daily challenges that were more nature/rejuvenation-based. This year I'm targeting consumption and am going to do my best in taking a "needs vs. wants" approach.
