Cathy Powers 10/25/2022 11:36 AMI think the impact on a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens is most detrimental to mental wellbeing. That behavior promotes isolation. It erodes the sense of community too. Research shows us that communities that are outdoors, move throughout the day and embrace community have low rates of depression, etc. and notable longevity. -
