What are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?

I think the impact on a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens is most detrimental to mental wellbeing.  That behavior promotes isolation.  It erodes the sense of community too.  Research shows us that communities that are outdoors, move throughout the day and embrace community have low rates of depression, etc. and notable longevity.

I'm grateful that the Ecochallenge helped turn my thinking about supporting my local food pantry to ACTUALLY taking action to do so!

Some basic meal planning and prep over the weekend will set me up for success this week!  I have meatless meals prepped and ready to go.
