Eat Plant-Based Meals
I will enjoy 2 meatless meal(s) and/or 0 vegan meal(s) each day this week.
Regenerating Nature
Listen to a Nature Podcast
I will spend 15 minutes listening to a podcast about nature.
Enacting Equity
Research Indigenous & First Nations Communities
I will spend 60 learning about the past and present indigenous or first nation communities in my regions impacted by colonization, and what I can do to be supportive.
Nourishing Food
Eat at table as a family
Too often, we eat in front of the television. We want to eat together as a family and share our trials and tribulations of the day.
Enacting Equity
Support Low-Income Solar Initiatives
Whether by donating or volunteering, I will research the benefits of low-income solar and find out how I can support initiatives in my area.
Balancing Consumption
Less Screen Time
I will replace 25 minute(s) of screen time each day with other activities.
Balancing Consumption
Repair a Broken Item
I will repair at least one item that is broken, but is repairable. This might be items like garden tools, sewing machine, small appliances, electronics, clothing, and more.
Participant Feed
Reflection, encouragement, and relationship building are all important aspects of getting a new habit to stick.
Share thoughts, encourage others, and reinforce positive new habits on the Feed.
To get started, share “your why.” Why did you join the challenge and choose the actions you did?

Kevin Relyea 10/26/2022 5:26 PMIt was a great EcoChallenge. I accomplished all of my goals and learned some things along the way. I also found a topic that I need to research more. Overall, very happy and looking forward to keeping things up and taking on more challenges next time around.
