REFLECTION QUESTIONBalancing Consumption Less Screen TimeWhat are the implications for a culture that spends most of its time inside and on screens?
Jaya Sharma 10/26/2022 7:41 PMI was listening to a poet, and what stuck to me was his quote "If you want to keep culture alive, replace phone by books for younger generation".

Jaya Sharma 10/17/2022 9:18 PMLast week, I took my friend to a meditation session and we really spent some quality time together focusing on inner consciousness and taking the time out to just calm things down. Although I do have fixed routine of few activities but I really enjoyed taking the time out of the weekend routine to focus on inner me and help my friend too. -
Jaya Sharma 10/06/2022 11:00 AMGrowing up with limited resource compared to what are available to the privileged humans in many parts of the world who do not have to think about their actions makes me want to participate in this challenge, if I am being honest.
What I always grew up listening is lead by example and every change started with you. I have serious OCD with seeing water running and seeing bulbs on in area where no one is there. I am just trying to do my share and set an example for my children to understand that this is our resources and we all need to use them wisely.
