    Since doing my eco challenge, I have been drinking some decaffeinated tea before bed to relax. For those who have trouble sleeping, it does help a lot!

    For my daily card, I chose "Less Screen Time" for one of my daily activities. Being glued to my work computer all day, I decided to get a treadmill for the Eco-Challenge to occupy my time during my break instead of being on my phone. I love it!

    With taking shorter showers and lowering my water consumption, I am curious to see how much of an impact it would make on my water bill.

    I don't know if other people feel this way but taking shorter showers makes getting ready so much quicker when I need to plan to go somewhere!

    My ecochallenge is going great! I feel like I am conserving so much water from limiting my showers. I also love how I am spending more time outside because of this challenge and being away from electronics.
