Dian Wanni 10/19/2022 7:13 PMBalancing consumption is in fact not that easy as I have to think deep whether this is the need or a want. Nonetheless, with the challenging macroeconomic situation at the moment, this has to be my biggest goal to really prioritize the need vs want, and consider the impact with my decision. -
Dian Wanni 10/05/2022 2:16 AMthis first day of the challenge i made weekly meal planning with only 2-3 meals a day to keep zero-waste meals after dinner. I still try to fulfill 20 mins goal of my daily actions to step out from my home office to get some fresh air outside. Go go go!!
