    Today when I was on site in Austin I was so happy to learn how everyone is taking action! This challenge is encouraging to know others are making a point to live a greener life.

    I find if I cut screen time an hour before my bed routine I have a deeper sleep.

    When I drive I have more compassion towards those biking, when I bike I have more compassion for those walking, when I walk I have more compassion for those who don't have the choice to walk.

    YES! As I have traveled and seen more I have also seen the possibilities to alternative transportation and how we engage with our changing environment differently depending on which mode of transportation you take.

    This cooler weather has made the ride so enjoyable. I have also liked seeing the sunrise as I head to work.
