What I learned from this challenge is that though correcting the course of humanity is a huge undertaking. One seemingly small act has far reaching results. That the decisions that i make for myself and my family not only affect us but the entire global community. I will continue with the practices I started here and hopefully can be an example for at least one more to follow. The mindset of I have to do it all is flawed and is now replaced with I have to do my part. Whether it's a reusable cup or picking up trash from the street. Every action makes a difference.

This is one of my most favorite times of the year. Be outside late in the day when the sun is shining through the trees and catching all the colors and hues. This beauty is something I want my kids, grand kids and future generations to appreciate. This is why we have to do our part today.

I'd be interested in following through with this challenge and having a dashboard to report into daily.

One needs to be their own biggest cheerleader, because more than likely you are your biggest critic.

The future has a way of showing up unannounced. How are you going to greet it?

I am truly grateful for the people in my life that consider me a friend. There is a quality about them that helps me be a complete person. I realize that a man is not an island but rather the sum of all the people in their lives. So I ask, take stock of your sum and see if it measures up to what your ideal of yourself is.

As this challenge begins to wind down, I wonder how diligent can I be. It takes roughly 66 days to form a new habit so it becomes automatic. My goal is to continue this trend and having this new lifestyle become my norm. What about you?

By mentoring others, one can find new depths of your own self.
