    This challenge worked as atomic habit for me. 1. helped to control shopping, 2. search for local vegetables every time going for shopping, 3. daily meditation, 4. self-reflections, and so many good habits added to my life.

    Overthinking does not help anyone. A simple trick to stop overthinking is focusing on the breath and counting. It helps me every time and, in any place, whether, cooking, driving, or eating. :)
