    I knew producing meat required a lot of water ... but didn't realize it was that much! I think I'll add a few more plant-based recipes to my upcoming meal plans.

    An evening walk with my husband is almost always a part of my exercise routine! It's low-impact, a great way to spend time in nature and reconnect together after a long day.

    A rule I've tried to follow is that if I buy a clothing item, I donate one I no longer wear. 
    Also, for gift-giving holidays it's great to give or receive experiences instead of things!
