    Nature is always pleasant and beautiful; spending time outside helps us relieve certain stress as we get lost in the beautiful sunrise of sunsets or certain flowers, trees, plants, birds most of this we don't bother while sitting at home. Traveling around or going for walks help you connect with nature and yourself.

    The green view is extremely soothing to your eyes, its ensuring loving your planet and ensuring its been taken care of. In today's world when many trees are cut for construction, planting trees around for being cautious about environment is advisable. small steps make large difference

    exercise, meditation, being busy in gardening keep me happy, do not ignore any signs my body gives of pain, stress or tiredness. go for regular checkups and take my medication on time.

    not keeping any switches on, cold water bath(bucket), car pools, using public transport, in our society we've reduced additional tubelights on every floor staircase and placed one per floor to optimally cover the entire area.

    This surely is a winner and practicing this is also a form of self-control as you are not imposing your thoughts or over speaking or even listening to answer. However, when you hear someone out you try and understand their side of story and absorb the same to respond. this has surely helped
