    Energy Power Down the Computer
What are other easy things you could do to save energy and reduce your environmental footprint?

Opening curtains to reduce the need for turning on lights. It’s also a good mood elevator.
Lower the thermostat a degree or two in the winter.
When using the oven plan ahead and cook multi items.

I did this challenge last year it created changes in the way I live. The biggest change is what I don’t purchase. I have stopped purchasing fast fashion and almost zero plastic purchases. I use refillable containers for food and household products. Before I buy something I think about where it came from, who made it, and where it will end up when I no longer want it. I am excited to see what shifts for me this year.

Yup, yup, yup.  It's a great experience.  A lot of the challenges I did last time have carried over thru the entire year.  All about changing habits!
