Many of these actions go hand in hand. I am focusing on getting outside and taking walks which in turn leads to less screen time. This is a great challenge when working from home. It is easy to sit at the desk and never move and after work, hit the couch. With more walks, leads to more energy and the less I feel like sitting on the couch or checking my phone.
