    Even though reducing unnecessary paper waste is a small thing, it has a greater impact if everyone is involved. I have moved all of my accounts to paperless.

    Training myself to not look at emails after work hours has been a difficult habit to break. However, I have been able to compartmentalize work from after-work time and it is wonderful. I really had no idea how much time I spent looking at and answering emails after hours.

    Having a good work-life balance allows me the time to enjoy doing the things I love. It helps me to stay healthy and able to live life to the fullest.

    By first looking at our daily lives and realizing how we purchase items, how long we keep items, and how we view the world, we can begin to creatively change our patterns to become more simplistic in living.

    I need to shift the start of my sleep time by a half hour to begin the move to gaining more sleep.
