    One of the impacts of Climate Change is Rising temperature, due to Hot weather temperature soars and ground water level depletes. One of the main reason for water scarcity, Dry Lakes, Rivers and Ground water level.

    Indeed walking out each day helps both Physical and Mental Health.
    Physically keeps us active, helps us to maintain and check on our weight.

    Its always better to spend some time outdoor for Fresh Air and it helps to interacting and communicate with people around you.
    If we spend more time indoors, it impacts indoor Air quality, Temperature and health too.

    Early to Bed, Early to Rise.. 7 hours on weekdays and 8 hours on weekends. This routine i follow and it helps me.

      I have seen posted on social media a graphic showing Eco vs Ego (this a version of the diagram) and that is it: we are part of nature and need to learn to preserve and share resources, not destroy them. Appreciate and protect animals, waterways, mountains, fields, ... i.e. Earth.

    Post by default says to share your story. Its no more a story, saving Planet Earth and Eco System is reality now and we have to put in our efforts to save it.
    For better Air - Turn off engines while on signals or wherever possible.
