    Ever since I set my sleep reminders on my phone based on when I need to get up the next day I have actually been getting my 8 hours which has been amazing. And its been allowing me to wake up on the weekends at a normal time and not feel exhausted from the week

    Getting on my Peloton! I have found a coach that i love and now I look forward to that 45 min ride everyday!!

    With covid this has been easy but we decided as a family to have Saturdays for us days. My husband and I always try to have something planned recently it's been holiday filled which I love (looking at lights, Christmas Cookies, Christmas movies

    This has really helped me take the time for myself. Working full-time and doing school full time I haven't done that. But this is now my 30 mins that I can do whatever I want: think, listen to a podcast, listen to music, catch up with a loved one in a different state or city that I can't see because of covid. It has been awesome

    I have recently started doing this because I am at home and don't go out to get coffee anymore so my coffee is always in a resuable one. But I realized how many travel mugs I have at home so now I need to start bringing those with me if I am ever going to get a starbucks

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    The ease of just grabbing a bottle that already has water in it. I bought a 32 oz reusable water bottle so that way I have to refill it less - thus creating more of a time ease for myself.

    That I need to start taking the time to put my mind, body and heath before doing things for everyone around me first.
