Gianna Reason 10/16/2024 11:25 PMPracticing gratitude helps me shift my perspective by breaking me away from negative thought loops. Sometimes these thought loops can sour my mood, making me less patient, empathetic, and understanding. By breaking free of them I can show up as my best self.
