    Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

    Moving has been so helpful for me. Taking online classes can be incredibly isolating and sometimes I forgot how important it is to leave my house and move my body so having this as a daily goal has been very beneficial for me. It helps me to recenter myself and just take time for myself to not think about work or school and just about my surroundings and looking at something other than a screen.

    Practicing gratitude is always a great way for me to recenter myself, it's a way for me to think about things from a different perspective and even when I am overwhelmed I can be grateful for myself for pushing through or be grateful to one of my friends for being there for me.
