Looking forward to continuing on with the good habits I have formed from this challenge.

  • Parker Swope 10/23/2019 10:24 AM
Because of this challenge, I have become more educated and aware of what I need to do on my end to better our environment.

  • Parker Swope 10/22/2019 9:02 AM
I haven't used any single use disposables for the duration of this challenge. Hopeful I can keep it up!

I didn't use my car all weekend. I found alternate ways to get around. Very rewarding!

  • Parker Swope 10/18/2019 9:02 AM
The only time I have used my car this week has been to and from work. I have been riding my bike everywhere else while the weather is still good.

  • Parker Swope 10/17/2019 2:37 PM
I have significantly reduced my single use disposables during this challenge. Packaging my food by reusable container might take a little longer, but it is better for the environment.

  • Parker Swope 10/17/2019 2:36 PM
I ran a new trail by my house that follows a canal. It was nice to check out what nature had to offer along the way.

  • Parker Swope 10/16/2019 9:39 AM
I have been focusing on eliminating distractions during meals.

  • Parker Swope 10/16/2019 9:03 AM
