It was a great EcoChallenge. I accomplished all of my goals and learned some things along the way. I also found a topic that I need to research more. Overall, very happy and looking forward to keeping things up and taking on more challenges next time around.  

Ask the following questions: Do I need OR want this?  Do I already have something that can serve the same purpose?  Do I know someone with this item that would be willing to lend the item to me?  Can I purchase the item secondhand? 

The biggest way is to READ the labels!  I am shocked by how many products contain palm oil.

I always love making vegan Korean Chapchae! 

During this fall season with nice weather, it was fun to spend time outside walking. 

As a part of this, made myself spend less screen time. spent my time playing with my kid.

it was good to be a part of the ecochallenge and do my part to the community

It was easy because most of the habits are already ingrained but it was fun to do them with the group and for team Clearesult.

I have always loved nature and enjoy protecting and nurturing this planet and her creations.   

As I look for things to donate...I am amazed how much we have accumulated over the years.  What we need vs. what we have are so out of balance.  It has been fun working with my children and deciding what can start a new life with someone else vs. what we need and use on a daily basis.
