    I exercise at 5:00 am and this ensures me that I am sleepy by 9:00 pm and I fall straight asleep.

    I am part of a Running Group which runs at 5:00 am and this running groups are my friends and we spend quality time running.

    I exercise daily for around 60 minutes a day and I pray daily.

    During the past few weeks, I have focused on trying to get a few more minutes of sleep each day in order to get the right amount of sleep my body/mind need.  I will turn the TV off or put the phone down early and I find this has worked best for me.

    Playing games with my family is a good way to change pace in these crazy times of at home schooling and work.  It is also a good way to de-stress and unwind which help the body and mind.
