    Forgiving others as well as yourself feels like a weight is lifted. I am much happier not carrying anger or ill feelings.

    I was way behind in all my regular checkups, but all have now been scheduled for the rest of the year!

    I had fun participating in this challenge!  It was interesting to see the impact that even the smallest of changes can make on the planet.

    This is something I've been doing for awhile, so making a conscious effort to reduce it even more was interesting. I've found that it has helped reduce my stress, I have more time to read an actual book, and I sleep better.
