    I feel much more present when I'm not worried about incoming emails. Disconnecting allows me to focus my energy on myself and my family. It contributes to decreased stress levels and an increase in time to dedicate to things that I enjoy!

    By choosing to invest in companies, we as consumers are giving ourselves the opportunity to impact how those companies conduct business. By choosing to only invest in companies who live our values, we can motivate more companies to begin using more sustainable business practices and consider the environment in big decisions.

    Spending time outdoors has made me feel even more a part of my community. I now know where hidden trails are around my neighborhood and know I don't have to go far to feel like I'm in nature.

    Taking a walk gives me a boost of energy. It's a time to relax, be with nature, and have some time for just myself (for most walks). I've also used walks as a way to split up my day between work and evening while working from home. Walks give me a pretend commute that gives a bit more structure to my day.
