Unfortunately I did not have time to check in as often as I would have liked.

P.S. I have also been using my bicycle to get around locally (work, to go to the park, choir rehearsal) on a regular basis, as long as the weather permits. So far, so good! But it was cold this morning : )

I've just logged on today for the first time in three years. I went to serve myself a coffee and there were no more disposable cups, so fortunately I had a ceramic mug in my office, which I went to get and used. Also, on a daily basis, I pick up garbage, recyclable containers and I use reusable bags when grocery shopping.
