Loved participating in these challenges I hope to continue to keep up using less social media and looking at screens and more doing what what I love and learning about new things

I thought this challenge was awesome! It was a great way to be more mindful, which is something I am working on each day. I am so proud of everyone for completing challenges, reflecting on their choices and how they impact the environment, and interacting with other people in the feed! My last job produced an obscene amount of waste, so I am...

I have spent some time learning about these groups primarily on TikTok, which I feel can be a wonderful resource for people to share their lives. This challenge has really  helped me be more aware of my impact on the environment. There are so may small things that do not take much effort that go a long way

Unfortunately it does not surprise me. I know there are times myself where I have food in the fridge but ultimately end up eating our or ordering in because it is more convenient. I would rather use this money towards saving or towards a better future.

Physical and mental well being can decline. It can also make it to where you are not socializing as much. You may not feel connected. Having a false sense of reality as you only see what is on the screen
