    We have a Smart Home where we can monitor the energy usage, set or maintain temps while we are away and be notified of any leaks/floods. My daughter and I try to keep the same temps throughout the year unless away for an extended vacation.

    I love using exercising to not only fuel my day but also help me reach health goals. I have a training schedule but have found that I want to have some form of movement on my off days, so I incorporate yoga, Pilates, stretching and walking.

      I totally agree, I love to exercise, play soccer or just go to the gym. It can really help with my well-being.

      I also love to exercise. This is one of my ways to work on relaxation when I am feeling a little overwhelmed. It helps me focus on relaxing. rebuilding and concentrating on my overall health.

    An average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four in the US spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where else would you rather invest this money instead of wasting food?

    The numbers in the reflection question do not surprise me. My daughter and I are very conscious however week we have waste and have to remind each other of the cost and impact. Both of us would rather travel and see other cultures rather than losing money on wasted food.
