    I try to spend 30 minutes each day outside. I do count commutes, but outside of that I try to make it a point to sit on my back porch and do some nature watching each day. I also do quite a bit of backpacking in the summer, which sometimes, on the long end are 7-10 days spent exclusively outside in nature

    Last Sunday, October 30th 2022 We served our church congregation a plant-based brunch to highlight how delicious plant-based food can be!
