    • I chose to limit my social media time because it’s so easy to get sucked into mindless scrolling, which can lead to increased stress and anxiety. By cutting back, I’m hoping to free up more time for things that actually matter, like school, friends, and self-care.
    • Focusing on "needs vs wants" is about being mindful of my consumption. As a grad student on a budget, I’ve realized that a lot of my spending can be unnecessary. Simplifying my lifestyle and making more intentional choices will help me save money and reduce waste, which feels good on both a personal and environmental level.
    • Choosing organic ingredients is another step towards a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. I’ve always been conscious about what I eat, but buying organic supports farming practices that are better for the planet, and it also means fewer chemicals in my body. These changes might seem small, but I think they’ll add up over time, helping me live more consciously.
