A friend of mine wanted a plant for their new apartment, so my mom was able to give them a cutting from one of hers:)

What is one food choice that you make, or could make, that would do more good and less harm?

My old roommate went to a thrift store today and she reached out because she said it reminded her of me since I always encouraged buying second hand!

A friend was wanting to get a yoga mat, so I gave him an extra one I had at home! Glad it’s getting used and that a new one didn’t need to be purchased!

I love this concept. It’s a wonderful way to share tools and resources. I did this with my kitchen stuff. Whenever a friend said they needed to go buy a 9x13 casserole or anything else I had multiples of, I would ask them if they wanted my extra one. It was a win-win!

Sounds like a wonderful day. Farmer’s markets are great to go to. They’re even better when you go with others!

Something I’ve picked up from my mom: whenever I head out somewhere, I see what else I can “check off the to do list” in that area, so that I can reduce emissions and save time!

Excellent plan. Recently I gave an ailing person a ride to and from a required class, and it seemed silly to go back home and in less than an hour turn around for the pickup. I remembered that there was a specific store I needed to visit in the area, so I spent the time shopping there until the class was over. Since the store was only a mile away from the class, I only drove four extra miles.
