Khaled Asiri 10/28/2025 1:33 AMI noticed that I got more energy in my day and that avoided me from feeling lazy. It was hard to take the first step since I used to spend my time in front of the screen but once I started the activity, I felt like I wanted to spend more time in this place. I decided to spend my time at the gym and starting a new lifestyle/plan for my free time.-
