While my water footprint is lower than the US average and I take many steps for water savings (such as minimizing runoff on my property by having water capture systems/gardens) it is interesting to learn how much water is indicated by commercial level consumption rather than my typical household uses.

Developing work-life balance is an ongoing practice. I am integrating 2 minute mindfulness into my days, taking time to step outside for at least 10 minutes, and putting my work phone down in the evenings so I can better connect with my family when I'm home

There are so many recycling centers that accept drop off in smaller quantities and accept almost every type of recyclable material!

I spent an hour reading about recycling programs and where I can drop off hard to recycle items in my area. Then I had a thought that this would be a great research item for our company recycling goals. I'm now researching how we can best collect our scrap, especially black plastics and make sure they make it into the repurpose food chain!
