    Decidi agendar meu check-up odontológico porque entendo que cuidar da saúde é uma responsabilidade comigo mesma. Após realizar o exame, senti alívio e uma sensação de dever cumprido, como se tivesse dado um passo importante para garantir meu bem-estar a longo prazo.
