    When I spend too much time inside and on screens it noticeably affects my mood and energy. I love taking a break and going for a walk!

    Welcome to Day 1 of the Challenge, let's share how you're getting off to a strong start! 
    I started my morning with a "Plalk", took a walk around my neighborhood and picked up litter and waste along the way.
