REFLECTION QUESTIONWaterWhat did you notice about your habits or routines when limiting your showers to five minutes? What changes — if any — do you think you’ll continue long-term?
Taylor Cipra 10/13/2025 11:18 PMI have noticed that I have actively worked on spending less time and the shower and just realizing that I don’t need to spend that much time in the shower. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthConsider how many hours of sleep you get now. How would you like to shift your sleep patterns? What changes did you make to improve your sleep, and how did they affect your day?
Taylor Cipra 10/13/2025 11:13 PMI don’t get a ton of sleep or what maybe really feels like a lot of sleep which is about 6-7 hours per day and because I sleep that amount or more or less my schedule is sporadic and my body doesn’t feel that I get enough of it. I would like to shift my sleep patterns by starting to go to sleep a little bit earlier each day so instead of 12 or 1am start at 10 or 11pm and just go slowly so that nothing is abrupt and is too hard that I revert to going to sleep when I normally do. I have started getting my homework done earlier in the day which has allowed for me to be able to go to sleep an hour earlier. Right now that extra hour doesn’t feel like a lot but I know that when I continually do that it will make a bigger difference. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONEnergyHow is electricity generated where you live? How does it impact the environment, animals, and humans?
Taylor Cipra 10/13/2025 11:08 PMElectricity generated where I live through almost everything from the transportation around Corvallis, the lights and water that we use in our house and the lights and energy in our campus buildings. It impacts the environment, animals and humans because transportation and lights release emissions that are harmful to animals, the food and water waste that we produce and then waste and the amount of energy that we spend when we don’t properly reduce our energy usage.
