Carolyn Crofford 10/09/2025 1:23 PMWhile the challenges themselves have been easy enough to work into my life I have found it really advantageous to track the events in a more analog way with a pen and notebook. This allows me to enter data once every few days and also helps me achieve my goal of limiting daily screen time. -
