    While the challenges themselves have been easy enough to work into my life I have found it really advantageous to track the events in a more analog way with a pen and notebook. This allows me to enter data once every few days and also helps me achieve my goal of limiting daily screen time.

    This has been the most appreciated change in my day to day, I am enjoying more hours of intentional sleep.
