Amber Darnell 10/18/2022 11:28 AMI have O+ blood so I feel like it is my duty to give blood to help save lives. I do a power red donation each time which provides double the amount of blood than a normal donor. -

Mary Hanks 10/22/2022 7:03 PMAmber, I agree! Just this past week I realized how silly it was for me to keep the coffeemaker plugged in when I use it only 2 or 3 times a week. I should have unplugged it years ago! Working the challenges made me aware that I was wasting energy.
