REFLECTION QUESTIONTransportationTake a moment to think of places you frequent often (work, grocery store, school, natural areas). Could you choose one or two days a week to schedule driving with a friend, neighbor or co-worker to these places?
Rojina Dhital 10/28/2025 9:34 PMScheduling with friends or neighbor while visiting office or grocery with sharing a ride in a week is possible as well as beneficial to the environment and I'm doing it for some time whenever I get chance to take my surrounding people with me. Mostly at the time of office time. -

REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodIf you were to only eat what is in season locally from now on, what would be the most difficult food item for you to give up? Why?
Rojina Dhital 10/14/2025 8:48 PMThe most difficult item for me to give up as in the season is mangoes as because it is found only for short period and it reminds me the color of true taste which is liked my all-family member. It brings the happiness in my face every time when I start to have it. But the feeling is only for the true- locally found taste rather than imported or other processed form which is found in market most of the time. -

Rojina Dhital 10/14/2025 12:19 AMIn the initial phase its hard as we are used to it, screen time has become our habit but gradually when we challenge ourself and stick on what is our focus is to then we can choose other activities like playing with child, planting, reading, managing room and so on activities helped me to spend my time other than screen time. -
