    The scariest thing about living in AZ is that we never know if drought is going to happen. Being aware of the water consumption and pollution. Maintaining the "garden" with plants that don't require much watering and having a yard that is partially stone/rocks instead of grass.

    This year challenge on Reduce Animal Products fits into my family meal planning. We are going vegetarian/vegan for the next 3 months for a cleansing/detox from process food and lowering sugar intake.

    Arizona heat has been crazy in October but maintaining the thermostat at 75-78 degrees help the environment and cost of electricity.
