Health
Support Pollution Reduction in My Area
I will spend at least 5 minutes learning about water and air quality issues in my area, how they are impacting human and environmental health, and how I can help.
Health
Exercise Daily
Daily movement supports our physical and mental health. I will spend 30 minutes each day exercising in a way that feels good to me, such as walking, running, stretching, or dancing.
Water
Take 5-Minute Showers
I will save up to 6 gallons (23 L) of water each day by taking 5-minute showers.
Waste
Use a Reusable Water Bottle
I will keep 3 disposable plastic bottles from entering the waste stream by using a reusable water bottle.
Food
Plan Meals for the Week
I will reduce food waste and save money by prepping for 2 meal(s) each day, only buying the ingredients I need.

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthWhat environmental factors affect human health in your region, and how do they affect it?
Nabil Dipo 10/02/2025 11:26 PMi live in Indonesia, and the biggest factor affecting human health, and literally stripping years away from your life just by living there has got to be the pollution. The pollution over there is like the pollution warning here when there's a forest fire, but daily. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWaterWhat did you notice about your habits or routines when limiting your showers to five minutes? What changes — if any — do you think you’ll continue long-term?
Nabil Dipo 10/02/2025 11:23 PMI notice that other small things and chores i do throughout the day are shorter because i think i just get used to doing things quick. there's no need to be sitting on the toilet seat for an hour scrolling through instagram -
REFLECTION QUESTIONWasteWhile water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?
Nabil Dipo 10/02/2025 11:21 PMI think the best way is to just buy a good quality water bottle, preferably one that looks cool so you have a reason to bring it around. And also a problem for me was i needed a sweet taste in the water, so i started adding honey to my water bottle and it made me drink more water in general.-
Gianna Marko 10/03/2025 9:31 AMI agree that having a water bottle that you like is important, it's great that you found a way to enjoy drinking more water!

REFLECTION QUESTIONHealthHow did exercising each day impact your physical or mental well-being? What activity did you enjoy most, and why?
Nabil Dipo 10/02/2025 11:19 PMI try to go to the gym everyday, and i try to aim for the morning. It surprisingly makes me more energized for the day compared to sleeping in or not going to the gym at all. I enjoy cardio the most because I can't really have to think and just run/walk. -
REFLECTION QUESTIONFoodAn average American throws out about 240 lbs of food per year. The average family of four in the US spends $1,500 a year on food that they throw out. Does this surprise you? Where else would you rather invest this money instead of wasting food?
Nabil Dipo 10/02/2025 11:17 PMthat does surprise me. I really love cooking and hate to see any food go to waste so i try to use and save everything. down to the skin of an onion. I would rather use that 1500 to invest into bitcoin
