    I had fun trying things I have not done before - chair yoga, pilates, dance cardio. I enjoyed flipping through all of the YouTube exercise video options there are the most - lots of variety and different personalities and ways to move around..

      I love dance cardio and pilates (I sometimes mix the two, giving a few minutes of cardio, then a few pilates...). I'll have to try chair yoga - that sounds interesting!

    Nature Walks - I think it helps creates an understanding of how small we are in the grand scheme of nature and how very important it is to protect it and be a part of it - it creates calm and peace which is hard to find in our cement cities

    After reading up - just confirms the importance for most all things living that honeybees are protected. Will keep areas of my yard in more of a natural state and look to plant pollinating plants to support their work.

      I have two pine trees in my front yard that grew from pinecones gathered around the neighborhood and planted with my daughter when she was little. We decorated them with ornaments each winter, until they were too tall to safely do so. Those trees bring me quite a bit of joy remembering moments spent with my daughter, who is getting ready to graduate from college next year.
