Taylor Fjerestad 10/31/2025 2:09 PMI felt like I was wasting a good amount of time in the shower before starting this challenge, which led me to be late for events that I was attending. This keeps me more on time and it also helps save water when doing so. -

Taylor Fjerestad 10/31/2025 2:06 PMI feel less connected to my phone which is a good thing because I realized before doing this challenge that it was an issue. I am less dependent on it which is a great feeling.-

It worries me to see so many people walking around staring at their screens. Sunday several people nearly tripped over a compost pail we were using because they didn't realize they'd wandered into the garden area where we were planting.

Taylor Fjerestad 10/31/2025 2:04 PMYes, I had a soda addiction. I feel so much better! Just quitting soda in general was tough. I switched to Zero Sugar soda if I have a craving for soda now!
