  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Water
What did you notice about your habits or routines when limiting your showers to five minutes? What changes — if any — do you think you’ll continue long-term?

I felt like I was wasting a good amount of time in the shower before starting this challenge, which led me to be late for events that I was attending. This keeps me more on time and it also helps save water when doing so.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity
Fresh air and movement are good for our entire being and can help us think more clearly and creatively. How does taking a walk each day affect yourself and/or your work?

It not only helps with my health but it gives me the chance to reflect and think about whats going on in my life currently since I have all the time in the world on my hour walks.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION
    Simplicity
Social media can keep us connected with loved ones, make us laugh, and help us to learn new things. It can also take more time than we realize or intend to give. After doing this action for a few days, how do you feel? What do you notice?

I feel less connected to my phone which is a good thing because I realized before doing this challenge that it was an issue. I am less dependent on it which is a great feeling.

It worries me to see so many people walking around staring at their screens. Sunday several people nearly tripped over a compost pail we were using because they didn't realize they'd wandered into the garden area where we were planting.
  • REFLECTION QUESTION

What would you like to invest more time in reflecting on?

Life in general. Just think about things that bring me less stress in my life. This helps through mediation and prayer.

Yes, I had a soda addiction. I feel so much better! Just quitting soda in general was tough. I switched to Zero Sugar soda if I have a craving for soda now!
