I made a commitment to adjust my home thermostat each day. This has been great because the whole family is doing this now. We've been opening up windows instead of using the AC on nice days. This has definitely been a great experience, and the daily check-ins have kept me on track!!! -

I committed to decluttering my home with just a few actions daily. This has been great for me because I've realized that there are many items that were "disposable". I've repurposed old "dish rags", and have stopped using paper towels, which has led to a more environmentally friendly home! -
