    Planting trees is an amazing way of starting your connection with nature. Sometimes you don't have the time to tend to a garden, so planting a tree is an amazing alternative for many. It's quick, simple, and rewarding!

    It can be challenging to determine what's needed versus what's wanted. Especially today, when everything is marketed as a "must-have". This activity has helped me narrow down what's genuinely important to me.

    While water bottles are needed for health and safety in certain places, we can do more to reduce the unnecessary use of them. What are the barriers to you using reusable bottles and tap water instead of bottled water? How could you make this a permanent habit?

    I'm not sure what barriers there would be for me, other than making it a habit.

    It's a good addition to lunch and breakfast! It was much easier than I initially thought.
