    Practicing a work-life balance helps make sure that your internal battery is charged so that you are more productive without feeling burned out. When you are taking care of yourself, you are able to function better, leading to more ingenuity and creativity.

    As you transition from throwing food away to composting, what do you notice about how much you are tossing? How will you use your compost once it is ready?

    Depending on what I cook, it could be a considerable amount of compost I am tossing. Usually I just bring it to the large bin to be taken away, but that compost could be quite useful for giving nutrients to a garden.
